Situated at the heart of Stratford, overlooking the River Avon and the newly developed Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the recreational ground provides an idyllic location for the festival. One of the most popular tourist destinations in the UK, Stratford attracts over 5.5 million domestic and international visitors every year, offering exhibitors a unique opportunity to promote their brand/products to a large and diverse market.

Our £35,000 marketing campaign has been designed to ensure maximum exposure for the festival and your business.

The festival site will be open to the public 5pm – 11pm on Friday 24th, 10am – 11pm Saturday 25th and 10am – 6pm Sunday 26th.

The programme of events will include cookery demonstrations, local, regional and celebrity chefs, children’s cookery areas and activities, live music and entertainment.

There will be three daytime trading areas and stands:

Area 1 indoor exhibition area – food and drink produce

Area 2 outdoor exhibition area – food and drink produce

Area 3 outdoor exhibition area – sustainable living and grow your own

There will be two day and evening trading areas and stands:

Area 4 outdoor exhibition area – food and drink produce

Area 5 outdoor exhibition area – real ale, cider, perry, wines, spirits, liqueurs
